Our generous paid leave time enables you to take advantage of the rich recreational opportunities available in the Sandpoint area. Health Insurance
We offer the Blue Cross Blue Value health insurance plan to our eligible employees. This plan provides coverage at no cost (“first dollar coverage”) for many of the services that the employee receives at one of our facilities. We also offer dental insurance coverage through Delta Dental of Idaho. In addition to our health and dental coverage, all prescriptions from our formulary are available to employees for a $10 co-pay. Retirement Savings
Saving for retirement is an astute part of any financial strategy. Employees are eligible to make contributions to a voluntary retirement plan as of their first day of employment. After one year of service, employees become eligible to participate in our 403b retirement savings plan. The hospital matches a percentage of the employee’s contribution to this plan, and this match increases after the employee completes two years of service.
