Paid Leave Time

Health Insurance

We offer the Blue Cross Blue Value health insurance plan to our eligible employees.  This plan provides coverage at no cost (“first dollar coverage”) for many of the services that the employee may receive at some of our facilities.  We also offer dental insurance coverage through Delta Dental of Idaho.  In addition to our health and dental coverage BGH offers and in-house Pharmacy benefit, providing prescriptions which are on our formulary for a $10 to $50 tiered co-pay (based on cost of medication, including both Brand Name and Generic Medications).

Retirement Savings

Saving for retirement is an astute part of any financial strategy.  Employees have the option to make contributions to a voluntary retirement plan as of their first day of employment.  After one year of service, eligible employees may participate in a second retirement savings option, our 403b retirement savings plan.  BGH matches a percentage of the employee’s contribution to the 403b plan, and this match increases after the employee completes two years of service.  All employees are 100% vested upon enrollment.
