Education: Heather graduated with a Masters of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in Moorhead, Minnesota in 2004.
Specialty Training: Heather is certified to administer Vital Stim Therapy®, a non-invasive, external electrical stimulation therapy for the treatment of dysphagia (swallowing dysfunction) as a result of neurological disorders, head/neck cancer, and/or other operations affecting swallowing musculature.
Experience: Heather has extensive experience working with children that have speech sound disorders, language impairments, and social communication deficits associated with autism. She also has experience serving pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients with a wide variety of communication and related disorders.
Organizations and Affiliations: Heather is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Heather joined Bonner General Health in 2004.
