Staff: We serve our patients through an outstanding team of physicians & staff consisting of:
- around 400 employees
- over 50 physicians on active staff
- over 20 physicians on courtesy staff
Patients: We serve a population of over 57,000 people in a widely-dispersed geographical area that extends to the Canadian border, the western edge of Montana & the eastern border of Washington.
Commitment to Charitable Care: In 2009, we provided $828,554 in unreimbursed charity care through the BGH Cares program to patients who could not otherwise afford medical treatment. As a not-for-profit hospital, we are committed to providing medical care to those who need it, regardless of ability to pay.
