Visitors are an important part of the healing process, and we encourage family and friends to visit. Our receptionist can help you find the patient's room and phone number, and our staff will be glad to assist if you have any questions. Visiting HoursVisiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In the interest of security, after-hours visitors will need to enter through the Emergency Department and obtain a visitor identification pass. Infant Identification For the protection of our smallest visitors, security passes are required for all infants who are not hospital patients. Infant security passes can be obtained at any hospital entrance or at the main information desk in the hospital lobby. Newborn SafetyTo ensure the safety and security of the newborns in our Family-Centered Maternity Unit, no more than three visitors are allowed at a time. Public RestroomsPublic restrooms are located on each floor of the hospital. Please do not use the restrooms located in the patient's room. A staff member will be glad to direct you to the nearest public restroom. SmokingBonner General Hospital is a tobacco-free facility, both inside and out. Thank you for helping us to maintain a healthier environment for everyone. Read more. CafeteriaThe cafeteria is located on the first floor and is open to the public. Lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and dinner is served from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Vending machines are available 24 hours a day on the first floor outside the cafeteria. Gift ShopThe gift shop is located on the first floor of the hospital near the main entrance and offers a wide selection of gifts, cards and candies. The gift shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
